Spirituality and Science are two different things.But there are evidences that indicate the 
existence of two subsystems of human cognitive system. The rational subsystem is the scientific subsystem and supports most of the events of life through a logical reasoning. It defines Science as something that we can measure, see, or prove. In this perspective, spirit is the last thing that can be seen or proved. The second subsystem of human cognitive system is the intuitive subsystem, and it is related to spirituality. It cannot be measured by the parameters used in normal Science. But there are differences as well as harmonies and interactions between the two subsystems. The advent of systems science had contributed in a better understanding of spirituality.
